New features and fixes:
- Increase size of the decoding buffer in uclogic-decode to support all
descriptor sizes. - Ignore missing manufacturer/product string descriptors.
- Add dumping of Huion new-model string descriptors, including another
one with parameters, which enables the new-model mode. - Improve decoded output formatting.
- Support specifying uclogic-decode input on the command line.
