• Added machine creation function
• Added prompt to create a machine if none are found in the machine folder
• Added machine list refresh function to detect newly created machines without relaunching the script

• Added Sh-Bang for /bin/python3 on line 1 for easier execution in terminal ("./launcher.py" now works to launch the script instead of "python3 launcher.py")
