Welcome to the CHERIoT fork of OpenOCD!

This version of [OpenOCD](openocd.org) is enhanced with support for embedded processors implementing [CHERIoT](cheriot.org).

This fork is currently based on the `v0.12.0` release of OpenOCD. The original README for that version of OpenOCD can be found in the file `README.orig`.
