For all versions, Ruined Portals are mirrored when nextFloat() >= 0.5:

Mirror mirror = worldgenRandom.nextFloat() < 0.5F ? Mirror.NONE : Mirror.FRONT_BACK;

This PR reverses the inequality in the code to respect this.
