Hello Y'all 👊

Andrea Mariani 🏄‍♂️ PhD Student.

Computational biologist working on all things chromatin and gene regulation.
Currently trying to understand the cis-regulatory code of epigenetic regulators.

I'm currently a summer intern @Bristol Myers Squibb in the Informatics and Predictive Sciences (IPS) tems. PhD student @Epigenetics Mechanisms in Cancer lab in Milan (IT). Previously a researcher @University Of Helsinki (FI) in the Rare Cancers Research Groups

Some things i like/enjoy:

  1. I'm Working on the interplay between Epigenetic mechanisms and their implication in gene regulation
  2. I'm Passionate about Epigenetics, Genomics and Transcriptomics
  3. Decoding the cis-regulatory syntax with sequence2function DL models
