Игнор пользователей/групп прямо из глобальной ленты

Не очень удобно что добавлять в игнор можно только на странице пользователя. Добавил кнопочки которые позволят игнорить людей прямо из глобальной или личной или вообще любой ленты.

Warning

Эту хуйню я ещё не закончил. Буду ещё коммиты кидать, пока залил чтоб было тут гы я закончил, жду ревью
