Split README into language-specific files

This PR splits the README.md file into three language-specific files (English, Chinese, and Japanese) and adds language selection badges and a DeepWiki badge to each file.

Changes

  • Created README.zh-CN.md for Chinese content
  • Created README.ja.md for Japanese content
  • Updated README.md to contain only English content
  • Added language selection badges to all three files
  • Added DeepWiki badge to all three files
  • Removed the line about translations following each other

Testing

  • Verified that each file contains the correct content for its language
  • Confirmed that the language badges correctly link to their respective files
  • Verified that the DeepWiki badge correctly links to the DeepWiki page

[nitpick] Consider using standard markdown bullet point syntax (e.g., '-' or '*') instead of '+-' to ensure consistent rendering across markdown viewers.
