Perseus

Perseus combines intuitive and easy-to-use Web-based UI for design and implementation of ETL (extract, transform, and load) configuration and service for conversion the native/raw data to the OMOP Common Data Model (CDM).

The typical sequence:

  1. Scan native data
  2. Map tables
  3. Map fields
  4. Convert to CDM
  5. Check data quality
  6. Save mapping
