Some Minecraft mods (like DiscordRichPresence) require libstdc++. This commit adds stdenv.cc.cc.lib to $GAME_LIBRARY_PATH so that these mods function correctly.

Description of changes
Some Minecraft mods (like DiscordRichPresence) require libstdc++.
This commit adds stdenv.cc.cc.lib to $GAME_LIBRARY_PATH so that these
mods function correctly.
This mirrors PolyMC/PolyMC#904.
