This commit includes build script changes so that the server can be executed using gradlew (gradlew runServer). I've also added the minimal properties to support packaging a distribution using gradlew distZip/distTar. Could probably change to use the standard gradlew run -Pargs="...", but this works for now.
I was originally thinking that the run settings could go into their own .gradle file, but have included under the suro-server project, hence the removal of the dead reference in the last push.
