In order to reuse `findpt_eval`, I propose moving the `setup_fev_aux` from `findpt_eval` to `findpt`

This PR breaks use cases where we use a different polynomial order for findpt and findpt_eval. In this case we cannot run the findpt_eval setup inside findpt because the handles will be different. |
