MUSICA Tools

A place to store processing code related to atmospheric chemistry modeling at NSF NCAR.

Folder Use
CodeSets Sets of code in a mixture of languages, used for particular purposes: Currently includes: IPT
NCL Collection of scripts and processing written in NCAR COMmand Language (NCL). Note this language is no longer maintained and users are encouraged to move towards Python.
Python Collection of scripts and Jupyter Notebooks examples written in Python. Some of these are used as examples on https://ncar.github.io/MUSICA-Tools/
docs Old files of GitHub hosted website.
docs_sphinx Github hosted website i.e. creates the content for: https://ncar.github.io/MUSICA-Tools/
package Code storage location for the vivaldi-a package.
