Added the 'weapon_mp5sd' entity to the plugin and ini config, changed the timer for weapon cleanup to 0.5 seconds, added a convar similar to the built-in convar to cleanup weapons and other tweaks/changes.

I also added some API natives but I didn't say that in the commit.
