Yolanda previously worked as a dealer at Bally’s Tiverton in Rhode Island, where she amassed a thorough understanding of roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and other table games. She further built her skills in gaming, customer service, and casino operations as a surveillance officer at Bally’s Tiverton and as a dealer at Encore Boston Harbor.

Yolanda holds an associate’s degree in business management from Bristol Community College. She speaks fluent Spanish.
