Starting out, everything will con threatening. You will need to do tasks in order to gain faction to NPC's in this zone. Certain vendor NPC's can see invis so you can just invis to them.

Is there a safe spot to sit and fish without drawing aggro??? I made it to the first pond about 6 or 7 islands in, but too many mobs around there... i got tagged by a wanderer. I'm underleveled, but love to tradeskill and want the clownfish for a couple of recipies. So far i haven't come across any mobs that see through invis, but i'm not that keen on getting too deep into the zone without a bit more knowledge :)

You don't need to do quests if you just want to buy spells

Even though the zone description page says the mobs in this zone will con threatening and that you have to do quests to increase faction, one of the spell vendors is right at the zone in. And with Virtuous Dusk, you can invis to her, and once you get there the mobs around her con indifferent. So easy.
