Esimene Austraalia Imperiaalvägi (inglise keeles First Australian Imperial Force (1st AIF) või Australian Imperial Force (AIF)) oli Austraalia armee põhiline ekspeditsioonivägi esimeses maailmasõjas. Väeosa moodustati pärast seda, kui Suurbritannia kuulutas 15. augustil 1914 Saksamaale sõja ning see koosnes algselt ühest jalaväediviisist ja ühest kergratsabrigaadist. Jalaväediviis võitles aprillist detsembrini 1915 Gallipolis, kus sellega liitus teinegi jalaväediviis ning kolm ratsabrigaadi.
Gallipolist liigutati Austraalia Imperiaalvägi Egiptusesse, viie jalaväediviisi suurune vägi osales märtsis 1916 Läänerindel lahingutes Prantsusmaal ja Belgias. Aastal 1917 moodustati Suurbritannias ka kuues jalaväediviis, kuid kuna viis esimest olid Läänerindel kandnud raskeid kaotusi, kasutati kuuenda diviisi sõdureid vanemate diviiside täiendamiseks. Ratsabrigaadid püsisid sellel ajal Lähis-Idas, kus nad võitlesid türklastega.
Kuigi Austraalia Imperiaalvägi koosnes vabatahtlikest, oli see sõja lõpuks saanud hea maine kui treenitud ja efektiivne väeosa, mis mängis liitlasvägede võidus suurt rolli. Hea maine hinnaks olid rasked kaotused, paljud AIF-i võitlejad hukkusid lahingutes. Austraalia Imperiaalväe koosseisu kuulus ka Austraalia Lennukorpus (AFC), mis koosnes neljast lahingeskadrillist ja neljast treeningeskadrillist, mis osalesid sõjas Läänerindel ja Lähis-Idas. Pärast esimest maailmasõda moodustati AFC-st Austraalia Kuninglik Õhuvägi, AIF lahkformeeriti aastaks 1921. Esimese maailmasõja ajal tunti üksust Austraalia Imperiaalväe nime all, tänapäeval nimetatakse seda tihti Esimeseks Austraalia Imperiaalväeks, et eristada teises maailmasõjas osalenud Teisest Austraalia Imperiaalväest.
