@Vanjagenije: Last time I checked, I did not see any reliable source for the other "Notable people" on the Krasniqi page. Does this policy apply to other users too or only to me?!

Gashi Lineage Images

edit

Hello,

Thanks for all your work on the Gashi article - I thought I might suggest that you also post the image of the E-V13 lineages for the Bardhaj and Shipshani branches using the same method you posted the original J2b Gashi branch with?

Hi,
Thank you for your appreciation and for your work as well! Apologies for the delay in my response—I haven't been active for a while and just saw your message. Regarding the E-V13 lineages for the Bardhaj and Shipshani branches, I'd love to post the images. However, as far as I know, there haven't been any deep tests conducted for these brotherhoods, so we can't determine the distance between them or within the brotherhood itself. Once there's a publication from Rrenjet, I'll be able to proceed with it. LGashi (talk) 15:14, 3 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Sylejman Selimi Gashi tribe

edit

Hi Vlla,

I wanted to ask if you have a source that confirms Sylejman Selimi belonged to the Gashi tribe, as I haven't been able to find any reliable information on this myself.

Best regards, Azphalt (talk) 16:27, 23 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hej
I know that Sylejman Selimi is from the village of Açareva in Drenica, and I have read in some works (books) that all the people from Açareva belong to the Gashi tribe. So, he must be part of the Gashi tribe too. LGashi (talk) 20:09, 23 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
Thank you again for your help. Could you please send me the source that confirms the village is from Gashi? I would like to include this information in Sylejman Selimis biography to mention that he is part of the Gashi tribe.
