Summary

Mechanism behind lipid accumulation in liver cells. TNF: tumor necrosis fator alpha, NF: nuclear factor, IRS:insulin receptor substrate, apoB: apolipoprotein B; MTTP: microsomal triglyceride transfer protein. I created using Corel draw and used free illustrations from wikipedia and wikicommons. A vector graphic version is also available at wikicommons [1]
