Abstract:
supplier relationships, maintain that firms ‘‘benefit from attention to conditions that foster relational bonds leading to reliable repeat business’’ .Over the more than two decades since this seminal work, the concept of fostering relational bonds leading to reliable repeat business has evolved to a concept of building long-term relationships among partners in a supply network. Today, scholars across business disciplines continue to evaluate antecedents and consequences and test theories to explain the value benefits of enduring buyer–supplier relationships in dyads, triads and larger supply networks. The purpose of the present study is to understand the Supplier's effects on supplier relationship management. Then three models of that are presented.
