Abstract:
This article examines organizational factors affecting innovation in sustainable development and its effects on natural resource management. Sustainable innovation enables organizations to improve their performance and reduce negative environmental impacts. Organizational factors such as organizational culture, management structure, and workforce skills play a role in creating and promoting sustainable innovations. Research shows that organizations that pay attention to sustainable values and provide a creative environment are more capable of managing natural resources effectively. Also, cooperation with universities and research institutes and access to new technologies, including appropriate infrastructure, help accelerate the innovation process. The results of this study can help decision-makers formulate effective strategies for managing natural resources and promoting sustainable development. Finally, this article examines the challenges and opportunities in integrating sustainable innovations into management processes.
