Introduction: Regular physical activity can reduce the risk of cognitive decline, including dementia. With noexercise, the brain may be more vulnerable to the effects of this age-related decline. Physical activity can helpeveryone think, learn, problem-solve, and enjoy an emotional balance. It can also improve memory and reduceanxiety or depression. In this short article some neurochemical changes in nerves’ system during physical activitywill be introduced. Methods: The present study briefly introduces the neurophysiological and neurochemical changes of the brainduring physical activity. Information has been collected from various articles. Results and Discussion: resistance and endurance exercises evoke substantial functional brain changes, especially in the frontal lobe, which were accompanied by improvements in executive functions. Furthermore, physical activities by changing the levels of neurochemicals can influence the expression level of some genes andfinally neuroplasticity can appear.
