Paganistan

[edit]

Hello, and thank you for a thoughtful contribution to this debate. I started out recommending "delete" myself, but now feel moving to a new name "Paganism in Minnesota" would be the best outcome. It is clear that you recognize some of the issues with this article. I especially appreciate that you have contributed to a variety of articles and are familiar with Wiki markup. I very much hope that you will get even more involved with Wikipedia. By the way, I used to wear torn black T-shirts to San Francisco night clubs in the 1970s, and my son is now a punk/ metal musician. I wish you well. Cullen328 (talk) 01:17, 26 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. I'm trying (as the busy professional that I am) to be more involed in Wikipeida these days. But, yeah, the Paganistan article would probably work better (if it cannot stand on its own merits) as a sub-section of an article on paganism in Minnesota because it is an important and unique demographic in this state. And on that last point: cool! Cheers man. PunkyMcPunkersen (talk) 21:54, 26 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I don't have this book, but there may be references you can use in the article formerly known as Paganistan [http://www.ashgate.com/default.aspx?page=637&calcTitle=1&title_id=11638&edition_id=12002 Paganistan Contemporary Pagan Community in Minnesota's Twin Cities

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
