This page needs something about Metroid2002, since it's very closely involved with SDA. I just can't figure out a good way to word it. /KennyMan666 21:06, 1 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Games Done Quick

[edit]

Hai I just stumbled across this wiki from the GDQ wiki and I realized one of the wikis are kinda wrong. I say this because Games Done Quick is no longer Organized by SDA so saying that they have hosted 13 marathons isn't correct. If I'm incorrect please ping me so we can talk about it, if I don't get a response I'll make the edits myself and I will try to be as accurate as possible Zebrazach20062 (talk) 00:15, 19 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Cygnus718: I'm going to update the page to reflect when GDQ LLC. took over Games Done Quick the moment I can pin a source down I just wanted to tell you this :P Zebrazach20062 (talk) 23:50, 29 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Archive still actively cared for?

[edit]

Looking at the article, the archive's status should be "Active" - but that cannot reflect the real situation! At least not in adding more games or current titles.
Looking at their game list, sorted by realease date (of the games; there is nothing similar for the speed runs themselves), the last game introduced stems from 2019! It is also the only one of that year (also only one of 2018).
It shows clearly that the archive's content is static for multiple years now. --- This should be reflected in the Wikipedia-article!--185.9.225.234 (talk) 04:40, 6 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The release date of the most recent game that has a run up on the site is not a good metric for its activity. Just look at the front page, won't you :P 91.154.193.15 (talk) 15:15, 16 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
