1The second leg of the game was originally scheduled for 4 March 2020 but it was postponed because Hungarian pools were in lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.[16]
2Ortigia played the home game in the near Catania due to the impossibility of Syracuse's "Paolo Caldarella" swimming pool to host international evening matches during winter time.[17]
