Trendy
[edit]Remember to follow our WT:CFI rules, and not just copy a word because it was in a trendy newspaper. Thanks! Equinox ◑ 06:09, 28 January 2023 (UTC)
- It's not new. It's been theorized and reported on for years now. For instance, NYT from 2020 -- 64.229.90.199 06:24, 28 January 2023 (UTC)
- I don't care what the shitty fake-news New York Times says. You follow our rules or I will block you permanently. Equinox ◑ 06:34, 28 January 2023 (UTC)
- It has been quoted on the Citations page. What is NYT Fake News you are speaking of, and why does it matter if it is fake news, since it is a citation. -- 64.229.90.199 06:52, 28 January 2023 (UTC)

- All of the IP's terms easily pass CFI except for virivore (rare spelling of virovore) and virovorous (unattested spelling of virivorous). I have no idea why the prefixing is so inconsistent in this case... Ioaxxere (talk) 07:10, 28 January 2023 (UTC)
- I thought I did see "virovorous" when I was reading up on this topic, which is why I created it in the first place. I did manage to find some uses of it, now listed at Citations:virovorous ; though the Chilean link is dead, and I retrieved a copy of it out of a cache (see HTML comment for the cachelink) -- 64.229.90.199 08:07, 29 January 2023 (UTC)
