Abstract

This conference aims at presenting the latest research works dealing with up-to-date and emerging theories of Intelligent Systems using connectionist and symbolic approaches (Knowledge Based Systems, Soft Computing, Fuzzy Logics, Neural Networks, Genetic Algorithms, etc.) together with their applications in different engineering fields: Computing, Telecommunications, Networking, Robotics, Manufacturing, Health care, Data Mining, Big Data, Image, Video and Audio Processing, Pattern Recognition. Emphasis will be particularly laid on the contribution of these new theories in solving the complex problems that many scientific and industrial communities encounter.
