Abstract

In order to realize the efficient operation of ship Design and Research Institute, it is urgent to push the Performance Excellent Model. According to the problems and actual situation in the development process of China Ship Design and Research Institute, this paper analyzes the basis of pushing the Performance Excellent Model in China′s ship Design and Research Institute. According to the framework structure of the Performance Excellent Model, combined with the characteristics of China′s ship Design and Research Institute. From the three aspects of the driving force of the Performance Excellent Model, the follow-up of the Performance Excellent Model, and the continuous innovation and growth, the countermeasure on how to implement the countermeasure in an all-round way are put forward.
