Implementation of Agile Development Software Based on Project Management

Published: 08 April 2020 Publication History

Abstract

In order to meet the needs of the modern enterprise for the rapid development of the project and to respond quickly to the needs of complex software, design a software to help companies shorten the software development cycle, fast iterative production management systems. The main traditional problem is the degree of freedom reduced by its strict classification, commitments made early in the project make it difficult and costly to adjust to changes in later requirements. Traditional approaches are generally not feasible when the requirements are unclear and may change as the project progresses. In Scrum agile development methods as the guiding ideology, combined with the characteristics of each project, the team conducted a short period iterative development of software projects can indeed effectively shorten the project cycle, improve leadership throughout the development process of the team project monitoring capabilities and the team risk prediction ability of the project, as well as product quality testing. Improve employee utilization and efficiency. Nowadays agile development is a very mature technology. It allows small and medium-sized enterprises to make rapid software version changes, This can improve the utilization rate of personnel and enhance the competitive value of products. Agile software development advocates moderate planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continuous improvement, and encourages rapid and flexible response to development and change. These principles support the definition and continuous evolution of many software development methods.
