Empirical Analysis on Financing Efficiency Measurement and Development Strategy of Leading Industries in Tianjin Based on DEA Tobit Model

The development in the new era and new stage must be high-quality development. To take the road of high-quality development, Tianjin must comprehensively improve the financing efficiency of leading industries, so as to speed up the cultivation of new growth points and form new driving forces. Cultivating and developing a leading industrial system requires support from technology, finance, management and other aspects, which is a systematic project with long-term development. The strength and efficiency of financial support is the basis for the healthy development of the leading industrial system and the key to the success of building the leading industrial system. Based on the actual situation of Tianjin's current economic structure, this paper deeply studies the impact of the degree of financial development on the financing efficiency of emerging enterprises in the leading industrial system. Through the Two-stage DEA Tobit empirical method, this paper studies the financing efficiency and influencing factors of Listed Companies in leading enterprises in Tianjin, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the research on the financing efficiency of leading enterprises, From the internal and environmental perspective of leading enterprises, explore the factors affecting financing efficiency, and give feasible development suggestions, so that leading enterprises can make rational decisions when choosing financing sources. The research results of this paper have very important theoretical and practical significance to promote the establishment and development of Tianjin's leading industrial system, and then promote the economic upgrading and transformation of the whole Tianjin.
