The importance of e-justice centres in the telecentres for the state of Acre: Brazilian Amazon

Abstract

The aim of this article is to present the relevance of e-Justice centres in Telecenters in the Brazilian State of Acre, where many remote communities otherwise would not have access to the judicial system. The paper gives an overview of the situation of Telecentres in Acre, and specifies some strategies to implement such e-justice centres. For that purpose, it is imperative to know the reality of the Telecentres in the state of Acre and of the installment of a laboring electronic process in the region.
