Knowledge Management in Banks

Abstract

In modern times, more and more banks are operating with knowledge. So, this paper first discusses the definitions of knowledge and knowledge management, and then analyzes the necessities and feasibilities for knowledge management in banks. At the end of the paper, it studies ways for banks to manage knowledge, which include incentive mechanism, knowledge capital management and three levels of knowledge management. With the application of knowledge management in banks, both banks and customers will acquire more returns.
