This paper starts with a conviction that "Manyoh-Syu" poem no.52 is a text for the structure of Scenery. In this paper, I tried to explain the reason why this poem needed "Yoshino-Yama", never seen from "Fujiwara-Kyo" where this poem was made, and the meaning of "Yoshino" for the ancient Japan. In conclusion, based on the ritual concerning water, I suggested that the meaning of "Yoshino" should consist in its natural scenery and the scenery of "Yoshino" should be believed that of Utopia for the ancient citizens living in "Fujiwara-Kyo". This is the first step to grasp the meaning of "Yoshino".
