A data highway for realtime distributed systems architecture and formalization

Published: 02 August 1982 Publication History

Abstract

In this paper the authors describe the Proway, a standard data highway architecture for process control, that I.E.C. is developing. Communication aspects are examinated and a formal description of Highway layer is performed by using a state finite graph.
