Influence of Service Life on Stress Level of Portal Slewing Crane Based on Multi-detection Data Mining

Published: 26 October 2020 Publication History

Abstract

Portal slewing crane has long service time and bad working environment. The stress level of whole crane is directly related to the man-machine safety in the production. Aiming at portal slewing cranes with different service life, this paper selects high-stress measure points by means of counting multi-detection data, determines the relationship between overall stress level and service life, and further mines the distribution law and stress performance characteristics of high-stress measure points at various positions on cranes with different service life.
