Neural networks for measurement of the eco-responsible decision's impact on the governance system: the case of Moroccan companies

Published: 02 October 2019 Publication History

Abstract

This paper identifies the relationship between an eco-responsible decision and the corporate governance system in a Moroccan context. In fact, we propose a new desionel model that illustrates this relationship. It focuses on the company as an active economic agent responsible for climate change. In this paper we discuss the variables of an eco-responsible decision and their impact on the corporate governance system. The latter is composed, in one hand, by three powers: sovereign, executive and supervisory, and it's characterized by six regimes, by referring to a review of rich and varied literature in the other hand. The innovative added value of our perception is to demonstrate the importance of the ecological aspect in a governance system that generates a transition from traditional governance to ecological corporate governance. Indeed, to confirm the existence of such a relationship, we choose the mathematical method of neural networks as a method of classification and analysis. This choice highlights our work and makes it different from other previous and current works discussing the same subject.
