Abstract

A variety of digital devices and associated input interfaces do exist currently. However, when users need to write down something important quickly and precisely, users may use a traditional input method such as a pen. For example, while using digital devices, users may still need to find a notepad and a pen, which can be inconvenient if users need to store and modify something written down. The current concept provides an integrated user interface where it is possible to continuously and naturally switch between typing and handwriting while performing tasks on the computer, one of the most representative digital devices.
