Dynamic modelling of organizations: report on ECOOP '91 workshop W2

Published: 01 April 1992 Publication History

Abstract

Within the field of information systems, there is a growing awareness of the necessity of understanding an organization before information technology can effectively be applied to support it in its primary and secondary business functions. It is not uncommon that object descriptions are used, since these tend to be easily communicated with non-modelling experts in organizations.
