Abstract

Angelo Di Iorio received a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Bologna, Italy. The title of his thesis is "Pattern-based Segmentation of Digital Documents: Model and Implementation". His research cover markup-languages, collaborative authoring, document versioning, content analysis and (re-)formatting, e-learning, and semantic web technologies. His interests have recently been extended towards layout languages and algorithms.
