Abstract
On September 13th, 2010, the 1st International Workshop on Cross Enterprise Collaboration, People and Work (SG-PAW) was held as part of the 8th International Conference on Business Process Management (BPM 10) in Hoboken, New Jersey, USA. The workshop focused on the problem of enabling an enterprise to leverage internal and external global services and combine them in new ways that optimize its end-to-end operations. The goal was to combine academics and practitioners to identify together core issues, research challenges, learn from successful attempts or approaches, and propose new formalisms, models, architectures, frameworks, methodologies, or approaches.
