Abstract
Business Interoperability has become an indisputable reality for companies that cooperate and struggle for competitiveness. Supply Chain Management is one kind of industrial cooperation which relies on large integration and coordination of processes. Though, supply chain operations are ruled and conditioned by interoperability factors, which until now misses a tool to identify and solve its problems. In this context, this article proposes a simulation approach to study the effects of interoperability solutions on the performance of supply chain dyads.
