Abstract

With the development of game consoles and game computers, the number of players is increasing, and game maps and scenes are becoming larger and larger, allowing players to freely engage in activities within the map, which in today’s game industry is called an open world. We are going to study visual guidance in game level design, with the focus on how players should follow the path envisioned by the level designer when they enter the actual game map. We will also study the method and flow when designing game levels.
