Abstract
Engagement of different teams in complex organizations lead team members to be more productive, more motivated and lower the possibility of quitting. Gamification is one of the tools that we can rely on to increase different teams’ engagement. Gamification is known as a fun increasing factor in doing the normal day-to-day work while achieving the desired objectives. In this paper, we present a Gamification framework that can be used to achieve our defined engagement drives. In addition, we are presenting our practical experience in applying some gamification strategies and approaches into one of the most complex sectors which is the Automotive sector, in which there is a paradigm shift especially with all of these new technologies like, Autonomous driving, Artificial intelligence, machine learning, wireless communication and cyber security. Our results show an increase in productivity and engagement between different teams after adopting the proposed gamification framework.
