The Method and Results of Agreement of Configurations of the Integrated Projects on Agro-Industrial Production

Abstract

The authors of the research make analysis of the conditions of application of the project-oriented management of organizational and technical systems in different domains. The work substantiates expedience of agreement of the configurations of the integrated projects on agro-industrial production and development of a method for the mentioned managerial process. The proposed method for agreement of configurations of the integrated projects on agrarian production suggests performance of twelve stages. The method is based on performance of the processes of forecasting the life cycle of production of raw material for the ultimate product. It also expects planning of the case risks of the integrated projects, which permanently concern the risk of the changeable project environment, as well as its impact on argumentation of the configuration bases of performance of the projects stages and formation of their product. All mentioned processes secure precise results of determination of a rational configuration of the mentioned integrated projects, basing on comparison of the energy indicators of their worth. It is confirmed that among the studied scenarios of implementation of the integrated projects on production of raw material and biofuel under different variants of configuration bases, the rational projects are those of raw material production from rape and the projects on biodiesel production. Under such configuration of the integrated projects, the system specific value obtains a maximum value and is equal to 97293 MJ/ha. The further research needs development of the applied software for agreement of configurations of the integrated projects on agrarian production.
