Abstract
The article presents selected solutions of urban telematics systems, which also belong to the city ITS. The concept of a system supporting mobility in the urban area of emergency vehicles was presented. The paper also contains a mathematical analysis of selected solutions carried out using stochastic processes in the form of Markov processes.
