Abstract
It is well discussed that the computerization or “informatization” definitely affects and characterizes our present civilization and society. But on the way of the growth of the technology, the coming age should be distinguished from the past 50 years since we see significant paradigmatic change recently. Thus we call the coming age “hyper information age”. The aspects of not only the technology but organizations, and even peoples way of looking at the world shall dramatically be changed. We discuss those features we shall see in the coming age, the reason that the development is necessary, and, on the contrary, the danger that the technology may originate.
