Abstract
Program and System Engineering, in short PSE, is a division of Siemens AG Austria and one of Europe’s largest software houses. Kick-off workshops and project retrospectives are an important instrument of PSE as a learning software organization. PSE supports this with a company wide network of facilitators, organized in the Support Center Project Experience. Kick-offs and retrospectives combined with a network of facilitators enable several learning loops in different organizational levels.
