Megan Clarken

Chief Executive Officer

Megan Clarken is the Chief Executive Officer at Criteo. She previously served as Chief Commercial Officer of Nielsen Global Media, where she spent over 15 years in a variety of roles leading initiatives that allowed the 90+-year-old company to adapt and prevail in a time of change. Before she was dubbed “one of the most important people in media,” by Adweek, Megan was an Olympic class athlete, using her perseverance and resilience to pivot into a successful career in technology. Today, she’s received several accolades including the 2020 HERoes 100 Women Role Model Executives, 2019 National Organization of Women: Women of Power and Influence and the 2016 Multi-Channel News: Wonder Women. Originally from New Zealand, Megan held senior leadership positions for large publishers and online technology providers in Australia, including Akamai Technologies and ninesmn.

Sarah Glickman

Chief Financial Officer

Sarah Glickman has served as our Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer since August 2020. Ms. Glickman oversees the Company’s finance organization. Ms. Glickman previously served as Acting Chief Financial Officer for 20 months at XPO Logistics, a Fortune 200 company and leading provider of transportation and logistics solutions, where she previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Transformation. Prior to XPO Logistics, Ms. Glickman held operational Chief Financial Officer roles at Novartis and Honeywell International. Ms. Glickman started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before taking a finance executive role at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Ms. Glickman has served on the board of directors of AptarGroup, Inc., a global designer and manufacturer of consumer product dosing, dispensing and protection technologies, since September 2023. Ms. Glickman has served on the board of directors and as chair of the audit committee of 2seventy bio, Inc., an emerging immuno-oncology company, since November 2021. Ms. Glickman is a U.K. Fellow Chartered Accountant, has a U.S. CPA, with a degree in economics from the University of York, England. She has extensive global experience in strategic decision making, driving growth and operational excellence and strong financial performance and leading transformative change, including M&A.

Ryan Damon

Chief Legal and Transformation Officer

Ryan Damon is Criteo’s Chief Legal and Transformation Officer. In addition to overseeing the company’s legal, compliance and public affairs organization, he’s responsible for driving transformation initiatives that support Criteo’s Commerce Media Platform vision and execution roadmap, including Criteo’s trading infrastructure and custom capabilities. Prior to joining Criteo, Ryan was with Riverbed Technology for 11 years, where he spent his last three years as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, leading legal and corporate development and Riverbed’s take-private with Thoma Bravo. He’s held senior legal roles at Charles Schwab and was an attorney with the law firm of Gunderson Dettmer in Silicon Valley, representing start-up technology companies and venture capital investors. He started his career as a software programmer with Edison International. Ryan received a B.A. in Geography with a Specialization in Computing from the University of California at Los Angeles and a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings. 

Brian Gleason

Chief Revenue Officer and President, Retail Media

Brian Gleason is Chief Revenue Officer and President, Retail Media at Criteo. He leads Criteo’s global commercial organization and oversees the product, R&D and sales strategy for Criteo’s retail media product to further fortify the company’s leadership in commerce media. His deep understanding of the media marketplace and ability to enhance value for clients has led to a career of driving power growth for companies. Prior to joining Criteo, Brian was Global Chief Commercial Officer of GroupM in which he led a portfolio of specialty businesses focused on developing innovative solutions to make media work better for advertisers. He also held roles of Global CEO of Performance Media Group, Global CEO of GroupM’s [m]PLATFORM, Global CEO of Xaxis and U.S. CEO of Xaxis. Brian joined GroupM in 2013 by way of the digital publishing industry, where he was the Group Chief Revenue Officer for IDG TechNetwork and IDG Consumer & SMB.

Todd Parsons

Chief Product Officer

Todd Parsons joined Criteo as Chief Product Officer in August 2020. He is responsible for product strategy and new product innovation to diversify and transform Criteo's platform offerings. For over a decade Todd has built marketing solutions at the intersection of consumer identity and data. Prior to Criteo, his team established OpenX as the first people-based programmatic marketplace. As CPO of SocialCode, Todd developed products to activate and measure first-party audiences across Facebook, Amazon, YouTube and other platforms. Earlier, Todd led Acxiom's Marketing Services business and founded two venture-backed startups; Aditive, acquired by Acxiom in 2014, and BuzzLogic, the first SaaS for social media measurement and analytics.

Diarmuid Gill

Chief Technology Officer 

Diarmuid Gill is our CTO, having joined Criteo in 2014. He is in charge of managing Criteo’s R&D teams in Europe and the United States, delivering on their mission of providing high performance AI powered advertising at scale. Hailing from Cavan in Ireland, he has an honours degree in Electronic Engineering (1994) and a First-class honours MBA (2014), both from Dublin City University. Previously he worked for General Electric, IONA Software, ICL Fujitsu and AOL.

Brendan McCarthy

Chief Marketing Officer

Brendan McCarthy is Chief Marketing Officer at Criteo. He has nearly 20 years of strategic marketing and communications experience, having led several successful corporate reputation and brand strategy assignments for Fortune 500 companies. Before Criteo, Brendan was Head of Communications and Product Marketing for Nielsen Global Media. During his five years at Nielsen, he focused on transforming the company’s reputation from a legacy television ratings provider to a leading-edge data and technology company. Previously, Brendan led high-profile assignments for large corporate and technology clients at Edelman, the global public relations agency. He also held positions at cause marketing agencies in both Washington, D.C. and New York where he supported a range of political and public interest campaigns. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, and holds a master’s degree in Global Affairs from New York University.

Manuela Montagnana

Chief People Officer

Manuela Montagnana is Criteo’s Chief People Officer. She brings more than 20 years of experience as a people executive, leading global teams in the manufacturing, service, and technology industries. Manuela has a proven track record of accelerating performance through human capital management in a transformation context in both highly matrixed organizations and those undergoing hyper growth. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Head of Human Resources for Product and Engineering at Compass, where she built and led her Human Resources team in the US and India while serving as the business partner to the Chief Technology and Chief Product Officers. While at Compass, Manuela led major transformational projects including the opening of a new development center in India and the talent integration of two tech startups following their acquisition. Manuela grew up in Germany and attended the University of Paris X and Strasbourg studying Law, later completing her Masters in Business Administration at IAE - Écoles Universitaires de Management in Strasbourg, France.

Connor McGogney

Chief Business Development Officer

Connor McGogney is Criteo’s Chief Business Development Officer. In his role, Connor is responsible for the company’s business and strategic development, overseeing mergers and acquisitions and exploring strategic partnerships to advance Criteo’s global market position. Since joining Criteo in 2018, he has helped transform the company from a pioneer and leader in retargeting to a global commerce media company. Prior to joining Criteo, Connor was Vice President, Global M&A and Corporate Development at Nielsen. Before that, he was Vice President, Investment Banking at Credit Suisse where he worked on a range of M&A and financing transactions for Media and Technology companies. Earlier in his career, Connor was a consultant advising Fortune 1000 companies on corporate strategy. Connor received a B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology from the Pennsylvania State University and a M.B.A. with a focus on Corporate Finance from New York University.
