Hello. I saw that you warned AlkyzawyHsyen that he would be blocked if he continued vandalism. He did not heed your warning and vandalized File:Flag of Syria.svg again. Hello. I would like to inform you that blocked AlkyzawyHsyen has created a new account ElkizaviHuseyin to bypass the blocking and, apparently, is going to do the same thing from it: he has already vandalized File:Flag of the Syrian revolution.svg, replacing its English caption with an Arabic one. Поль Крол Злой Диктатор, I don't see the accounts as behaviorally identical, the last one (ElkizaviHuseyin) edit replaced the "Syrian revolution flag" (In English) with "علم سوريا" (In Arabic, when mean Syria flag in English), which seems to be an unintended edit, linked to naming disputes (about revolutionaries, regime, opposition, state, etc.). As for the account (AlkyzawyHsyen) added the term "terrorism" to everything related to the Syrian regime.

The accounts seem to be similar in name (Alkyzawy Hsyen = Elkizavi Huseyin). But generally, I warned the new account, and we'll wait and see. In fact, AlkyzawyHsyen's behavior is similar to that of ElkizaviHuseyin: in particular, the first one performed similar actions with captions of File:Flag of Kingdom of Syria (1920-03-08 to 1920-07-24).svg, File:Flag of Palestine.svg and File:Flag of the Ba'ath Party.svg. This, combined with similar usernames, raises suspicions that this is the same user. One way or another, the request should still be opened.
