Information about the vessel may be found at [[:Category:ENI {{{1}}}|ENI {{{1}}}]]. A ship can change name and flag state through time, but the ENI number remains the same through the hull's entire lifetime. As a result, it can be useful to identify a ship by using the ENI number. |
For category description pages of categories for specific ships, e.g. Category:La Tulipe (ship, 1921) and others in Category:Ships by name.
Links to the ship's ENI number category (format "ENI xxxxxx"), e.g. to Category:ENI 14000052 (see Category:Vessels by ENI number).
Can also be used on file description pages. In this case, it's advisable to include parameter #2 with the ship's name.
