چکیده طرح پژوهشی:

Drought, cold and ascochyta blight are major abiotic and biotic stresses for reducing chickpea productivity in Iran. Selection and uses of resistance genotypes to abiotic and biotic stresses may affect to enhance chickpea productivity. Objective of present study was to create genetic variation and selecting genotypes with suitable characters such as tolerance to drought, tolerance to cold, large seed size, resistance to ascochyta blight and erect growth habit. Genotypes Sel 95 TH1716, FLIP 00-78 and FLIP 00-75 with tolerance to cold, early maturity and tolerance to drought such as ICC96029 and FLIP 00- 75 and resistance lines to fusarium wilt and ascochyta blight such as FLIP 03-141 and FLIP 97-111 were used for hybridization with Hashem, Arman, Azad, and Bivanij varieties in Kermanshah. In Maragheh and Hamedan were used tolerance lines to cold such as Sel 95 TH1716, Sel 93TH24469, FLIP 97-211, X95TH5K10, 11439 SEL96TH, FLIP 00-75 and ILC 8617, tolerance line to drought, fusarium wilt (ILC 1799) and resistance lines to fusarium wilt FLIP 99-59 and X97TH 174K6 for crossing with Jam, Bivanij, Arman and Azad varieties. These experiments was conducted in 2008-09 and 2009-10 in Kermanshah and Maragheh and Hamedan on green house and field condition. From 84 different crosses among different parents which had suitable characters such as resistance to ascochyta blight , high potential yield, erect growth habit, tolerance to drought, resistance to cold, large seed size, were have been obtained 1002 hybrid seeds in Sararood, Maragheh and Ekbatan stations during 2008-09 and 2009-10. F1 seeds of crosses were harvested in each plant separately, for selecting suitable genotypes during F2 generations in next year.
